If your athlete is new to DB work

Start with Film Study → DB Blueprint

Book a $40 film session first, then plug into the membership for technique. Total: under $70 to start.

If your athlete is in LA and serious

Clinic + Blueprint + 1x1 as needed

Use the Clinic for structure, Blueprint for daily reps, and 1x1 when something specific needs fixing. Most serious athletes run all three.
