Aire Athletics Association

Our Mission.

Aire Athletics Association is a 501c3 nonprofit organization providing young athletes in underserved communities an alternative path for physical, social, mental, character, behavioral, leadership and academic development through competitive sport. We are the only football organization that offers the full developmental experience for young athletes between the ages of 7 to 19 years.

  • Sports is the centerpiece of character development.

What we do.

  • Player Development

Mentally and physically breaking down the knowledge of the how and why through classroom sessions that’ll transition on to the fields technical & fundamental tactical drills. Having this knowledge will help with injury prevention.

  • Character and Behavioral Development

The understanding of integrity, accountability, leadership, time management, work ethic, attitude and respect. Traits that’ll help build better perspective of life on and off the field. How many kids are injured and never make it? These tools will help them with life after football.

  • Social Impact

To provide awareness that playing isn’t the only option, but using the tools learned and the passion to find other opportunities to provide to the sport such as; sports medicine, coaching, videography, analysts etc.

Youth ages 6-18 from low-income homes quit sports because of the financial costs at six times the rate of kids from high-income homes.

Player Development.

Football is a sport that requires lots of multi-limb co-ordinations each second of every play.  The top players at any level are those that can perform these movements with speed, precision and control. Technical ability, coupled with football IQ, is the clearest differentiator between top level players and average players at every level of football. When you move improperly, you’re moving in a way that’s unnatural for the body, which puts added stress on the body.

If you want to avoid injury, it’s important to maintain proper form and technique. These things are not only important in enhancing sports performance, but also in preventing pain and injury.

Character and Behavioral Development.

Strong-character players are known to be team leaders. Great character is not confined to just hard work. It also concerns many other traits, such as honesty, loyalty, empathy, sacrifice, humility, patience and perseverance. Not only does a prospect have to have talent and be evaluated properly but he has to have great character.

Our goal is to focus on more than just size, speed, and brute strength, but instill great character traits in each of our athletes which enables them to win on and off the field.

Social Impact.

Each work environment targets a separate level of mental strength. Athletes are conditioned to overcome gruesome workouts and muscle fatigue. However, they’re not taught how to handle the fatigue from work environments off the field. Our goal is to ensure athletes grow beyond just their athletic abilities, educating them on applying the skills learned from the game to prepare them for a healthy transition into Corporate America.
